POSTAGE
All costs of postage or freight are charged at cost price, there are no handling fees. All orders will be dispatched with Australia Post or if appropriate APD or via bus freight if requested.
DESPATCH
Orders will be dispatched within 2 weekdays of receipt of your order. If a particular product is out of stock and cannot be obtained within 2 days (generally in this case our supplier is unable to obtain it) we will post the rest of the order within the 2 days. If too many items are out of stock we will E-mail you offering substitute products.
PRICING
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and includes 10% GST where applicable. For goods sent to postal addresses outside of Australian territories exempt from the GST, we will deduct the GST amount from the final invoice. We reserve the right to alter prices at our discretion and without notice. We will honor the advertised prices printed on your order form when we receive it but reserve the right to alter them if there is an obvious error.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts offered are as follows. (These are general discounts which may not apply to every product in each category. The exact discount offered on each product is shown next to the product name in the catalogue section).
5%-25% discount....on.... vitamins, body building, and protein powders
10% discount on.......... foods, juices, body care
REFUNDS
We will gladly refund the full cost of any product within seven days as long as it has not been opened, mistreated or damaged in any way. Freight costs will not be refunded unless we sent you an incorrect product that was not ordered or it was damaged in transit. Any reason for a return or refund must be first cleared by us. Please email us with your request and we will promptly respond.
LIABILITY
We cannot accept responsibility for any Natural Food Barn service, price, rules and conditions that are incorrectly represented within this system. The data and services shown are provided in good faith and 'as is'. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data or services provided and to the maximum extent permitted by any law disclaimer all implied warranties in connection with such data or services. In no event shall we be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or savings, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of any display within this site.
CHANGES TO POLICIES
